Father died without will and children fighting for bank deposit and pr

My Hindu father had died without will and we are 9 children. Nominee of bank account have claimed the fixed deposit last week. Father has brought a house which has not been registered yet. How can we claim back the property and bank deposit?
okay I understand your questions so now your father died he made fixed deposit in bank and he invest some ammount to property so how get children right yes it is possible to equal share to all the children but before you will apply legal hair certificate from court then you willl get it if you need any legal help contact me thank you
