Father died intestate how to divide property among siblings?

We are a hindu family.My father left a house property about 14 yrs back to us 4 brother and sisters with no will.our elder brother lives there.Now we three brother and sister want to sell the propery and equally distribute among all four.My brother is not ahreeing to it.How to resolve this mattet.
You will have to file civil suit for succession certificate. One of the claimant will file suit against all other successor. After obtaining succession certificate you can file partition suit for the property of your father.

If your brother is not ahreeing you than only one thing you have to do that you have to go to file the suit for declaration of property .so court will decide the matter .if your house is not dividable than court will order to sell the property and amount will be divided amoung you .
