Sir im above 19 yrs ,can i case a file on my parents as they torture me and they can kill me soon because im a girl and thta unlucky for them
yes you can file a case in police station or court under indian penal code or you can also file a petition in court under domestic violence act and ask for protection if you have a risk of life or injury to your limb.
