dear client as per your query I can only suggest that what you actually want as if you want to shift your case then you can file a transfer application in the High Court to get in the preferred district and if you want to decide your case in a specific time frame you can file an expedite application in the High Court but first as you have not discussed about in what stage is your case for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

in which place your divorce case is pending. if your case pending in same state then you approach to high court of allahabad for transfer you case in noida. or if your case pending in different state then you go to supreme court for transfer your case in noida. here is good family court and we are worked in noida court and we are expert in family matters.
