Family related Issue ( wife not staying in matrimonial home )

Hello Sir, on 20 April 2019 my marriage take place and since then many times my wife left matrimonial home for 2-3 months just for small issue now on 29 april 2021 we have daughter. on 21april 2021 wife left matrimonial home and yet not come. i personally went many times to wifes home to pick her but her parents not send with me. giving silly excuses like immature person. she never takes care my family from marriage. now its been 8 months neither she is coming nor giving her decision.

If she not coming back with you and you have tried many times then you have to decide what you want. whether You want her to come back or want divorce, accordingly you may tske a recourse to appropriate legal remedy available in law.

hi in this case you can proceed to file petition for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu marriage act wherein you can ask her to resume marital life without putting any condition you can also apply for access and custody of child during the pendency of the petition

dear client first send legal notice to her through lawyer and ask her to come back. if she will not come back after receiving notice then file case in court under sec 9 for restitution of conjugal rights. for any legal help call me adv Prasad Patil pune
