Family issues. Need divorce from cheating wife

Hello sirI am a rtd army soldier. I had given all my salary amount and savings amount to my wife. The total amount would be 60lks. Now my wife went to his parents with money and not interested to come to me. She is not speaking with me from past 1 yrs. I have 2 kids one is 9 yrs boy and 4 yrs girl. They are also staying with mother and not speaking with me. I want her to apply for divorce. If i apply for divorce, then i should give share of my pension and properties. I need my money and divorce from her. pls suggest
hi sir you can file for restitution of conjugal rights in concerned court for both parties to stay together and you could ask for children custody and also visiting rights of your children when u filed for divorce

Dear sir,
We need to look into various aspects amongst which one would be proof to show that you have given her the money. Whether it is a bank or online transaction. If so, you can claim that money by filing a civil suit. You can also file a divorce petition separately before the court of law. Kindly contact me for further advice.
