False complaint of dowry harassment by 2nd wife

Brother got married 2nd time while the first wife is alive with a son. The 2nd wife is own relative. Now with some issues between husband and 2nd wife, 2nd wife has filed a false dowry complaint on entire family which is not true, completely false. Police people has filed an FIR without knowing about the 2nd marriage. Kindly know what all consequences needs to be faced now.

u can file bail from the court were the cas is going on were you doing what the court come to the conclusion that you are not involved in the cas u ll be discharged from the court and u bring the certificate of the fir and get released from the court were the cas is going on

firstly without giving divorce for first wife , one cannot marry second time such marriage is void, hence you have to approach court of law and obtain anticipatory bail , just counter the second wife case , first marriage is not a defence for you to escape , otherwise it might result some more problems.

You can contact me we will file a criminal petition in High Court and quash the Complaint and FIR against some or all the accused persons. Since the Marriage itself is void it does not come under cruelty towards wife.
