False allegation and wrong case in me and my family

Total duration 1month approximately, she went at mummy's home. After that, she complained me and my family I thought my dad, in CAW Cell. When I went, io was torcher me. Finally, one call from caw accordingly high court lawyer comes for free discussion and whether you come or not, it's depends ?? My question is that she, indirectly way no lalach to money bcz I belongs garib family, however in CAW cell says I want istridhan budget approx 5.5 lakh, shall I go to CAW cell will meets lawyer ??

Your wife is seeking streedhan and an amount from you to enter into a settlement and is she going to withdraw her complaint after that? I am an advocate for Delhi Police and would suggest the best process and procedure as how to go about it. You’ll unnecessarily spend on lawyer’s fee with taking him with you.

You can meet them but that will be of no use because they are calling you only to harass you and nothing else. You should also file written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances. And rest depends on you what do you want to do next.

if you want to settle you can refer your matter to meditation center to your nearby address and at the same time you can also initiate settlement process in your distict meditation center. also you move cross divorce petition against the erring spouse in order to save yourself from harassment.

hello client as you are saying tht you and your family has been falsely alliagted for been in relationship with your wife as you have visited the IO also who tourched you an dalimony and other istridhan if 5.5 lakh has been demanded from you its a staraight matter of lalch only you need to fight tge case otherwuse it will be trobke for you.
