False 498A and 377 FIR from Lucknow while we recide in mumbai.

My bhabhi filed an fir against my whole family that we are asking her dowry and beating her and thrown her out of the house when she refused. But, she already seperated with her husband around 4/5years back with a written duly signed letter where she and her father and some neighbours signed that she is seperating from our family with her own will. My mummy and brother attended some hearings and due to lockdown the case returned to police station. Police asked us to do settlement with bhabhi but, she is not ready for settlement. Now, police is telling that they want to prepare chargesheet. Please help what to do in this. It is very difficult to travel for every summons.

Hello if your bhabhi has filed a case against your family you have to go for Quashing in High Court then only you will get relief other wife you all will go to jail kindly send me all your paper so that I can breif you that what you have to do,
