False 498 and DV case has been filed by my wife

My wife filed 498 and DV case on me in which she is asking for maintenance only not ready for settlement and not for Divorce.Along me my whole family has been harrased by her one after one she is filing case which is all false what shall I do nFor 498 case i arranged the bail after that she filed streedhan and DV case so for this also I require bail?nnPlz suggest me

hi in DV case you do not require bail. you can file quashing application before the high court against FIR and DV case you can also oppose divorce by filing restitution petition if you wish you have to file applications on including your family members who are also included in FIR and DV
