Fake complain against me by neighbor to stress me out

My neighbor is trying to pressure and stress me so he is writing complains which are fake to my office. The govt. Office then bound to send me notice.What can I do stop this ??

you can file defamation case and case of mental harassment ,You have not disclose what type of complaint is against you . You should also reply to this notice and file a police complaint against your neighbour.

First of all tell me what’s the real issues you are facing with your neighbours. And if he/she is sending unnecessary complaints to your office then you can send him/her a legal notice regarding your grievances. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you also lodge complain against your neighbour.... just apni safety ke liye ki such and such person muje kisi jhute case me fsa kar muje nokri se niklna chata hai... we are expert in dealing such kind of case.

First of all, the nature of complaint has to be seen as whether it is defamatory or not, so that a criminal case can be registered against you neighbour and on the other side, you can go to court claiming injunction i.e., your neighbour be stayed from doing all this.
