Fake 365, 366IPC with a major girl.

mene gf se arya samaj m shadi ki with certificate age of girl is 25. but ladki ko police ki help se uske bhai ne 164 me mere khilaf bulwa dia or mujhper kidnapping ka case bn gaya. i have alot of evidences. can i sue them?

Yes you can take defence of yours with those evidences , also you can file a defamation case against them .. And dont worry about the kidnapping case if you have the proper evidences you will be acquittal on charge i.e the very 1st hearing of the case

Hello you can file a counter complaint/ case if you have been falsely implicated in a false case. If your gf is 25 years old, she is a adult and eligible for marriage of her own choice, you can submit the documentary evidences submitted at the time of marriage at Arya samaj mandir.
