Myself and husband are living separately,I am taking care of the children on my own.My husband has an Extra martial affairs, he threatens me to do whatever I can do and says he is not afraid of law, please advice
sorry to know about your difficulties. In this hard time you can take a legal recourse and file a domestic violence case against your husband, you can also ask for alimony from your husband u/s 125 of crpc.
