Execute petition for Interim maintenance after ex-parte?

Sir, I was granted ex-parte order for the divorce in a dirstirct court that I contested for 2 long years. I was given a interim maintainance of 20,000/- per month a year ago which he didn't pay and he went to high court to stay the order and for revision n again I filed a set aside of exparte.But due to circumstances couldnt able to appear in court n wanted to leave it to ex parte.(my advocate got compromised with the opposite party and I too lost hopes to still contest the divorce again)
Now where should I file a execute petition for my Interim maintenance? In the district court or in high court? If I don't want to go to district Court.. Is there any other option in high court?

You already got interim maintenance so he is not pay maintenance mean you can file EP for same court madam.after you get warrant and arrest your husband
