Evidence/Proofs for Divorce due to Mental Cruelty by Wife

Hi Sir/MadamOn a lighter note, like how Vikram says in Anniyan movie, 5 paisa thiruduna thappa, 5 kodi thadava 5 paisa thiruduna thappa - peria thappu dhaanga. nnLikewise, there is too many problems created by my wife and my in laws. Each and every single word that I or my parents speak, she is finding faults, telling everything to my in laws, and they take her from my home. In 2 years of marriage, at least 10 times she would have left to her mother's home saying she is not ready to live with me. I'm totally fed up, depressed, irritated and hopeless of living with her. I am slowly losing my character unknowingly and high anger is getting created within me automatically. nnI wanted to know, what are the evidences and proofs that I can plan and collect, before filing a divorce?

Dear Client... clearly come to an decision whether you are going to live with your wife or not... no need to collect evidence for devorce... for filling divorce petition you need some documents related to your marriage like marriage invitation, marriage photo, matrimonil address proof and aadhar copy... need furthermore clarification please call me thank you... In matrimonial disputes it is difficult to collect evidence as the same can be twisted in different ways. However during the course of time the incidents or events that happened will become evidence. Based on the sequence of such events you can establish mental and/or physical cruelty, etc.
