Eviction of Son and daughter in law

I live in Noida. My age is 65 and have a house on my name. My husband passed away. I live with my widow daughter who has a 4 year old girl, an unmarried son and a married son along with daughter in law who has a 2 year old girl.Now my daughter in law is threatening me that she will commit suicide and defame the whole family in social media since we have a lot of differences. She dont like that my widow daughter is living in the house. We had told the daughter in law and son to either shift to ground floor or live separately. nThey are not willing to do so and threatening us that she has written a suicide note and will hang herself, and also defame the family online.Please advice.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you have not discussed about the house in which you all are living belongs to whom if you are aggrieved by your daughter in law what is your son saying about all that matter please file a detailed complaint under senior citizens act by which you can get relief for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
