Eviction of Divorcee Wife Under Senior Citizen Act

Divorcee Wife forcefully living in my House, tortures my Parents, regularly abuses my parents, One FIR U/s 448,323,506,34, 2nd FIR U/s 447,341, 323, 325, 506, 34 and 3rd FIR U/s 307, 34 has been Booked against Divorcee Wife and her Brothers & Father, mother for their Devil natures , Her one Brother arrested and One Brother Proclaimed Offender, But still She lives in my House and tortures us . Eviction under Senior Citizen act or any other Act is required

Hello,

A very complicated situation for you I must say. I would ask you to start civil proceedings against her so that she can be evicted before a Civil Court. Also in the Criminal cases you need to push the proceedings so that they don't get delayed.

yes it can be done and proper planning is required to do the entire thing with all facts and circumstances need to be placed properly and through senior citizen act it can be dealt with proper discussion is required with proper planning
