Will daughter get equal share in the following case: 1. Father's property is self earned property (not ancestral property). 2. Father has 3 children. 2 sons and 1 daughter. 3. Father made a will and had given a small share to daughter and divided the remaining property among two sons. 4. Daughter had taken her share, transferred to her name and enjoyed and made a will and divided the property among her children. 5. Her children had taken the property from mother and transferred to their names and enjoyed the property. NOW THE QUESTION IS: 6. Now, can her children demand more share from their grandfather's property from their uncles claiming that the share they got was very small???

No, they cannot demand more share from their grandfather's property from their uncles. Their mother get property from their grandfather by way of will and subject schedule property of the will is the self earned property of their grandfather. Therefore, grandfather had every right to convey his rights to anybody over the schedule property. Therefore they cannot claim the property.
