Dear Sir , My engagement break FIR filed under section IPC 420,406 and 3/4 DP act by girl father and than compromise made and given to court without any trial in Mahila pramarsh kendra , on the basis of compromise filed to court as well as Senior superintendent of police, investigation officer file closure report with affivadit given by girl father, now court calling him to present in court but he he is not responding ,,, what to do???

it is the court procedure for calling complainants for accepting the closure report filled by investigation officer. court serve notice to complainants if he not come within one year then closure report automatically accept by court and case will be closed. nothing to do only watching wat he do.
