Electricity bill not paying my relatives

My relatives come in my another house and he was started a copper factory . But electricity bill is my mother name . He was living approx 2 year but he was not paying the electricity bill and now goes to the another location . Now he was not paying my bills aproxx 1.2 lac.please help me..

सबसे पहले आप को एक लीगल नोटिस का जवाब तयार करना पड़ेगा आप के रेलटिव के ख़िलाफ़ और उसके ऐंड्रेयस पर और बाद में रेकव्री सूट दाखिल करना होगा अगर वह रिप्लाई नही करते है मैटर कहा का है आप के पास कोई प्रूफ़ है कि वो आप के यहाँ रहते। था या कोई बिल का वाक़या पेमेंट ये सब की कॉपी हमें भेज
