Query perused. I would advise you to proceed legally by filing an intimation/ intallah peshbandi with the concerned DCP enunciating the true facts. Further your parents can disown your brother legally. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens (Amendment) Rules, 2016 expressly empower the Deputy Commissioner / District Magistrate to pass eviction orders from properties belonging to Senior Citizens.

Hi, Absolutely need not worry. There are several remedies available with your parents against your brother. They may file eviction suit, further file a complaint to police for your brother's wrongful acts. For more information feel free to have a word with us, all the very best.
