Dv case filed by womens commission and before first hearing ,judge through cognizance discharged R2 & R3,but they are the main accused ,now how can I again include them,pls suggest and help.

you should first contact the trial and what are the allegation given by your wife then all should file counter statement dining all the allegation made by your wife in the domestic violence petition and you should this prove all the evidence filed by the wife regarding the act of domestic violence it was unleged that you have cause reset democratic violence to your wife
