Domicile certificate after marriage

I was born in bihar but my marriage is done in another state i. e Uttarpradesh. I hv changed my address in adhar card after marriage. Will i still be resident of bihar ? Will i still be able to fill form of bihar since they ask for domicile certificate? Will I be eligible?

First of all, if your address has gone after your marriage, then you have become a resident of the address where you are living and the address of your Aadhar card has also changed, then you are a proper resident of that place and you tell It has been said that before marriage, your address did not change, then you were a resident of there, so you who will not be a resident of Bihar, you have become a resident of Uttar Pradesh that your address and Aadhar card have been added to it, its direct example. is voter card no you are not eligible
