Domestic voilance not by spouse by family member

Hello, sir. I have been the victim of domestic violence. I have been abused verbally and non verbally by my elder brother everyday. He takes all my money to consume liquor and abuse me to demand more money.

U file a complaint case against him to ur nearest police station . If u are earning then he has no right to extort money from u and intimidate u. If he is working somewhere report it to his superiors also .U should file a case against him in the court for immediate relief. Contact me for any help.

if you are a female, you can file a case of domestic violence regarding this. you can contact the protection officer of your location or, file a case directly in court with the help of a good lawyer.
