Domestic Violence, Illegal Affairs of My husband, Abusive language

Sir., My Husband is having illegal affairs with many women , he is beating me everyday and using abusive language when i started asking what's going on?, he got suspended from his job as he is absent on his duties. He is provoking me to kill myself. Due to which i consumed pesticide and he was saying die soon and recorded video. My family members took me to hospital and treated me. After one week he forwarded that to many people. Which is causing trauma to me.

hi you could file petition for domestic violence on the grounds of physical and mental harassement and could claim damages and order not to harass you and could also file 498A and also for divorce in court

man I ve gone through your query mam if u want u can file a domestic violence case against your husband and also other sections can also be imposed and thereby you can also give a case for divorce under the marriage act hope this will be helpful
