I have registered an FIR against my daughter in law. It's a non cognizable offence. How to drag her to court.

you have to get the copy of NCR report from police and present it before the jurisdictional magistrate along with complaint , looking into the contents court will order for investigation or conduct enquiry,. kindly approach the advocate for following the court procedures. even you can approach the executive authorities seeking maintenance from your daughtee.

were are you staying at the same time were the fir has been filed the case against her Wat provisions of the law u have given Mrcomplain and Wat are the ground while you are havin the court and order it for the enforcer of the dispute with the family and u have a remedy
