Domestic violence and physical abuse mental harrasment.

I want to ask you if father don't give any rights to his children from his property and threatens them to disown from property and do physical abuse to his children and wife.and threatened them if anyone complaint against him he commits suicide.what can we do.please help us.
Is it ancestral property or is it self acquired first question is this and if he is threatening you then you can file protection in the court and file a complaint to police station as a children you have right over only in ancestral property and during his life time you can get a share in his self acquired property

If father threats, ill treat and beat his children and wife then they can give complaint to police and if children are minor and wife is housewife then all of them can file Case under section 125 crpc for maintenance from father/ husband. If father forcibly tries to throw children and wife out of his house then they all can file Case under domestic violence against the father/ husband.
