Q: Regarding the problem/subject to notifying o roof rights
Respected Sir,With reference to the above subject that We are living in Dhakoli Zirakpur , We are facing trouble from the initial day of living here with owner of third floor .She always lock the roof with lock including its self custody of keys without distribution with others & denying to hand over keys to us.They are not allowing to us go on the roof for the drying of our cloths & other works…etc.Same thing we have discussed with society office & its owner of KS group but still no help received from their side/ not taking matter seriously ,due to this we need your intervention to resolve this matter. As per our registry paper it is clearly mentioned that the first floor & second floor purchaser has right to go & third floor owner will be having no objection in that & third floor owner will have to give way for going upstairs. And as per our (MOU) “paragraph no. 14 “that the Third party has 60 % share in the roof top , the first & second party has 20 % each in a roof top.
Advocate Manvir Singh Rana answered
