Domestic violence and interim maintenance case

17-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I am married for 8.5yrs and have 2 sons. Elder son 5.5yrs old and younger son 6months. My husband was planning to get separated and divorce me since 2yrs. He was threatening me to leave the house and give my elder son to him. He was torturing me mentally by name calling and using abusive language to me and my parents. My 2nd pregnancy period was like hell with so much of stress and disturbances. I have filed a domestic violence case against my husband on 4th August 2018 under section 17, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23. Then again I have filed for interim maintenance under section 125. Then I came to know he has filed divorce under section 13(1a). In August one day he vanished with my elder son and never came back. I filed a complaint case under section 156(3). I have been going to court regularly for every hearing date. He is trying to avoid all notices and not coming to court. Now he is not even coming on his case hearing dates also. My lawyer said court proceedings are slow n it wl take time.
