Does the concept of interim divorce exist? What is the procedure?

My wife left my house more than 2 years back and filed the divorce. The matter is still in court and she is neither appearing as a result case is not proceeding further. I heard about interim divorce. What it is and how a men can proceed with this? Is women are favoured here too?
The interim divorce that you have heard must be judicial seperation . There is no favour to a woman in this. But after two years either of the parties can file for divorce on this ground itself.

There is nothing called interim divorce. Who told you about this. You ask your advocate what best it can be done to sort out this problem. If the notice is not served to your wife then take hand summons order from the court and serve her and mention the same before the judge that she is will fully absenting to harass you and waste your time hence it should be decreed exparte. Consult your advocate

There is no concept of interim divorce in our law and u will not get any such aspect so u have to proceed against ur wife and if your wife does not turn back u file necessary application in court to get it dismissed and later file fresh divorce petition against her. there os no such law favouring lady
