Do I have to stay with my parents?

31-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a full grown adult in my 30s and my parents are asking me to move back with them from abroad. I have a permanent residency of a country aborad and I want to live there without getting married. But my parents do not like me living by myself abroad. They think I'm safest with them and want me to move back home with them in India. But I want to live and work abroad. Is this allowed? What does the law say?

Dear Madam, You have already attained age of majority and as per Indian Laws nobody can prevent you from staying Abroad and your parents cannot force you to come back and stay in India. You can file a suit for permanent injunction either by yourself or through Power of Attorney and get an injunction against your parents.
