Do I have share in Land for Divorce Case of husband when he was minor

11-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
My father-in-law has purchased an agricultural land in the name of my husband when he was minor of age 2 years. Now he is 35 years of age and he filed divorce case against me. We are living separately from 2 years. My husband is living with his parents. I have 1 daughter of age 4 years living with me. My husband is doing farming on the same land. Do I or my daughter have any share on that agricultural land??

Yes u can file for maintenance under 125 CRPC and seek maintenance as ur husband has a source of earning which can be easily proved from the land records of ur husband. U can also file for interim maintenance under section 24 in the divorce case filled by ur husband against u for the litigation expenses also
