Divorce with justice and streedhan return in hindu marriage

I got married in 2012. Right from beginning my husband and my in laws have always humiliated me. My husband neglected me in all his roles and responsibilities. If I question him, he used to leave the house. I found him chatting with 3-4 women. He used to yell at me in public and treated me like shit. No value, no respect. It is almost 6 years since he left. I requested him, pleaded him but as he doesn't care. He wants divorce but don't want to initiate. I want justice for all my suffering .

yes you can file for divorce and also ask for return of stridhana property and permanent alimony where in you have to be compensated. if you have children then for the children as well. so I suggest you to approach an advoacte take appropriate steps as soon as possible.

hi you could file petition in court for harassement physically and mentally under IPC and also under domestic violence act and also for maintenance for your sufferings and for other reliefs and also for other reliefs
