Divorce under Muslim marriage law

Dear Sirs
I was married last year under muslim law but my wife left me after an year and went to in bangalore Australia and im struggling to get divorce as she's not in India and her parents are asking huge amount for it. I am planning to get married and the women I like is from Mumbai and I haven't told her about my previous marriage. Kindly advise
If you are having his address a then you can issue legal notice to her for dissolution of marriage. Also you can submit in dissolution Petition that she is not at all entitled for maintenance and can give talaq to her if she is not willing to cohabit with you.

feel sorry to hear about your situation. A musl. husband can give talaq e hasan to his wife. It can be oral Or written... it has to be pronounced three different times with a gap of certain period. In your case if she isn't ready for mutual divorce then it is not impediment for your second marriage as a muslim man can marry twice.
