Divorce filled by husband on wife, please help us and please l

Hi sir /madamnnMy husband has filled divorce case on me, and my husband has only house on his name, now am staying in my husband home, but husband is not staying with me now, and he is trying to sell his house because am there in his house.Is there any way to stop from my side to not to sell husband property.

I understand your questions so now your husband ready to sell the house to thirds party but you are staying that home only right so you do one think you have to take court injunction order not to sell the property to any body and your divorce case is pending hence you have to file it same court and take action againest him it is better for you if you need any legal help contact me thank you

stay on your husband's property then you file maintenance case against your husband take one good lawyer file the maintenance case automatically he will come with you and file D V act case against him
