Divorce case is going on. Husband is Muslim wife is Hindu.

According to Muslim law marriage their r Nikah is been dissolved because the wife changed her religion converted back to Hinduism. Custody case is going on in the family court for their daughter. Can the man marry some other girl or he has to wait until he gets the decree of divorce. And if he gets married what will be the consequences of his second marriage. And how safe it is going to be for the girl he is marrying now.
according to me you should wait until you receive the final decree because if you marry another girl then your first wife can use this as a ground of divorce that you were having an affair. So it is advisable to wait until this matter gets sorted.

first of all as per my experience I can share that your marriage has been registered as special marriage act and u have obtained the certificate regarding the same , in your current situation u have to take order for divorce from the court than after u can marry other girl
