Q: Legal opinion on Unilateral revision of agreed lease rental recovery

Entered into a vehicle lease under my employer’s corporate car lease program. Prior to execution, a final quotation / Vehicle Request Letter (VRL) was shared, based on which I consented to the lease. Now post change in GST laws leasing company is forcing to pay for internal funding gaps of the cess which they paid during car purchase which has been now stopped in new GST regime.

A group ofMiscreants in the AOP went and got registered without the free consent of all under Gujarat Housing (Service)Cooperative Act .
