Divorce and maintenance from husband

We got married in 2009 (Hindu marriage) My husband is having an affair with a divorced girl and recently I came to know that he got a kid from this lady. We are living separately from 2017 I have a 9-year daughter. He also filed a divorce case against me claiming mental torture etc. He is working out of the country. What are my options?

Hey; You can straightway go for counter filing a divorce on the ground of adultery and mental cruelty against your husband. Additionaly, You can ask for alimony for yourself and maintenance for your daughter.

Hello Mam as the husband had filed divorce against you you can seek maintenance from your husband as well there a many ways with solution can be seeked as well as different suit can be filed as your husband is in extra affairs
