Divorce and conjugal rights case

Hi. I m Tanya. I had filed a petition for conjugal rights in 2016. I won the case in 2021. Despite my husband is denying to take me back and my in-laws are not allowing to the house. Please guide me what can I do next with the court order.

Firstly you cannot compel someone to live with you. There is a liberty not to join even after court direction. You have the option of going to the court that granted RCR in your favour and tell them that he is not complying with the RCR. Judge may ask him the reason for non-compliance of the RCR and he need to justify the reasons for not staying together.

Dear Madam, You can file contempt case and bring forceable circumstances against your husband to take you back. Further, you can get attach his properties since he is not obeying the decree of conjugal rights. Thus, his properties will be attached and sold in public auction. You may also file domestic violence case.
