Division of Property issue for separation

Marriage of 28 years husband will retire I was housewife looking after in-laws and family. I have few assets residential home in my name doing part-time work he is very rich but doesn't want to give me much says he's retired he has lots of property and assets he is CA what should I claim if separation we have lots of conflicts says I am not entitled as I am working which is notional kindly advise
Hello, if your husband refuses to maintain you and not performing conjugal duties towards you. You have remedies of mutual consent divorce, filing maintenance petition under 125 CrPC before magistrate court. you are entitled to get property and money.

If you file case for divorce or maintenance against your husband, you may claim share in his properties, monthly maintenance for your self or a one time lumsum alimony. He can not deny that on the pretext of him getting retired if he has sufficient assets with him. Hope you may have details of his assets with you.
