File suit for partition and claim your right according to law in force. This is the only solution for your consideration. Pls take legal step and claim your home. Further consideration or consultant call

please clear that your father has any children from second marriage or not, if yes then they are equally co sharer with you in his property and all the moveable or immovable property. if not then you are the sole legal heir.

In this case if the second wife of your father is alive then you, your step-mother and any of her children born out of this wedlock have equal rights over the movable/immovable property left by your father. In case there is no will then you have to approach court for succession certificate.
