Response - You have to balance the life as it comes - you can not force your wife to find a job in Tumkur when she is comfortable with her job in Bangalore - If you want to help your parents, you travel and attend your father's case and to help your mother, find help like a cook, maid servant etc.,

You will have to convince your wife about your responsibilities towards your family and inspite of that if she refuses to join you, you will have all the rights to approach jurisdictional family court for a decree of restoration of conjugal rights.

Let me know first these as given below: -

(1) Whether you & your wife are employees and employment status;

(2) Whether your mother also an employee and also her health condition etc;

(3) Date of marriage and details about children 's education

(4) Parents status and their condition of your wife

Wife does not mean sub-subservient to the husband. Make alternative arrangement to your mother for her living.
You are supposed to live with your wife as she is also working woman. Wisdom prevails. Legally no redress for you. Have a blissful life.

Sir,

It here as your informed that your wife is working in Bangalore . I hope therefore it is not possible for her to leave the job. You cannot resist her from doing any job.

Here you do one thing, you ask your mother to be with your here and then you can take care of her. Or in case if you desire to live at Tumkur You can.

In the old ages it is the duty of the children to look after their parents and it is also a morel obligation. So request your mother to come at Bengaluru and take care of her here. There is observation in a family matter that wife cannot restrain his husband to take care of his aged parents

So don't worry. Ask your mother come to Bangalore.
