Dispute between husband and wife due to family

My husband fight with me..he nd his family emotionally nd mentally torture me...after discussion between both family we start to live in separate house but my husband left me nd started to live with his parents...upto 2 months he didn't contact thn he said i ll not hurt u anymore come to my parents house...i trusted him nd shifted to his parents house...after 1 month dey again started abusing me...he beat me..i filled a police complaint...he again promised to behave normal...but after 15 days he again start same thing...his mom nd he beat me...i left house with my kid...he didn't contact upto 5 months nd now again he is convincing to back ..he wants his kid...i want to live in separate house near to my work place....can i legally force him to buy house nd to live separately from his brother nd parents...i want a serious opinion for my next step so that i will be secure

from your case it can be presumed you want to you stay with your husband but it wants to live separately from your in laws in that case you cannot force your husband to stay with you. However if the court orders then he has to arrange a house for you near your workplace.

You cannot force him to leave his parents and live or buy a seprate house for you alone. Rather you have to file a case under domestic violence act whereby you can get your in laws prosecuted for harrasment so caused.
