Nahi karsakti hai woh case kyoki usne doosari marriage Karli hai .125 (4)me provision hai doosari shadi ya adultery me hai to maintenance nahi milega .Aap child custody ke liye bhi koshish kar sakte hai court se. FIR bhi Kare Jo bhi loot Kari hai uske liye.

सर्व प्रथम आप को धारा 125 के प्रकरण का माननीय न्यायलय के समक्ष जवाब देना होगा तथा सम्पूर्ण दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे जिससे कि आपको भरण पोषण की राशि न देने के लिए कारण स्पष्ट हो सके। साथ ही आप माननीय न्यायालय के द्वारा किए गए आदेश को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में भी याचिका के द्वारा चैलेंज कर सकते है
