Dessertion by wife without reasonable cause

My wife left my house 2 weeks ago and now she is not ready to come back. She is saying that she wants to stay with me where I work. If I take her with me then she will come back. And she is not ready to stay with my parents. But I want her to stay with my parents and take care of them. So please guide me.

you can file section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and you can file a police complain agaist her and proceed if she is refused to stay with you then you can file a divorce case against her you can file a domestic violence act by your mother agingst your wife call me for further information

You can’t force her to live with your parents and there is section 9 of hindu marriage act 1955 for restitution of conjugal rights .hdjfnfjfnfnfncncncjcncncncnfnfnfnfjfjfkfkgjncncnxnfmfnfndjbdjfkdmfkfjfjdjdn
