Hello, My sister was being abused from the start of the marriage. We always thought things would be better from now on. But in the last case, he beat my sister and took the younger child (5Years Girl) to his sister's place and is not letting my sister talk to her. We took our sister back to our home, and now she is very scared and traumatized by his behaviour, and still they are not letting her talk to her child; they have blocked the contact number. As per hindu law , your sister can file case in nearby family court for custody of child under guardian and ward act (section 7 and 25). Winning or losing case is depend upon circumstances and lawyer but in 90% cases court grants visitation rights to petitioner to meet child at specified place (once in a week or month)

Hello, I have a girlfriend who frequently gives me police threats, calls me out as a "rapist", "kidnapper" and later clarifies that it was out of anger, she also gives me threat that she will write a note against me and commit self-harm. This has happened again and I don't think I want to live under threats anymore. Hence, I wanted to know wether there is any legal agreement, or anything which both of us can sign, so that she doesn't pursue this matter legally

yeah you both can make mutual agreement for this issue. When you have a agreement then you can defend yourself in future. Btw prenup agreement is not valid in India but its work. So as an Advocate i suggest you to make agreement in stamp paper as soon as possible.
