Q: Private complaint filed to magistrate under Crpc

A private complaint under crpc was filed against me to a magistrate. The magistrate took cognizance and summons were issues. However without any further process the case was compromised. There was no FIR filed, no police report or investigation report, no chargesheet filed. Recently, I am selected for a central govt job and have filled the attestation form. In the form, I was asked if I have ever been prosecuted and I denied that I have not. Should this be a worry during police verification?

Firstly confirm that your case is disposed off or not !!! If your case is finished from court so you have to take certified judgement of your case from certified department of court then decide you want fill that form correctly or not

Q: About physical and mental torture against a 16y child and family.

I have a small family of 5 members. I have mother, father and two elder sisters. One of an elder sister give me mental torture and sometimes physical also. He often took my books and phone forcefully again & again when I do my studies and work. He do the same thing with my another sister. She often had injured me by sharp objects. She also had injured my sister and mother brutally. My parents can do nothing because when then do something she warn that she will suicide or will die by not eating.

First of all give a written complaint to local police or SP against yours sister for giving threats or warning to you !!! Make video of her when she gives to dhamki . Your mom dad can file a case against your sister under senior citizen act 2007

Dear Dr. I am 44 year old married with two kids. sharing issue regarding my wife misunderstanding and fake allegation. Its been three life has been became hell despite the facts most of the demands were met (financial stability and monthly disbursement). I gave maximum freedom and gave enough justification but all gone wane. She always come the some loan document and registry document asking question ...and irritation with same question again .

I am giving a monthly Maintainance Amount to Daughter thru Mother, living Seperate, vide decision under Section 125 from the Family Court.Now mother has filed a petition under Sec 127 demanding a raise.But i ve come to know that the mother is not using amount on daughter rather using for herself.Can i demand proof of expenses, like school fee receipts or medical receipts etc from the mother.Kindly Guide

Its depend on amount that how much money you are paying to your wife in every single month and its also depend on your salary and if she doesn’t have proof of your recent(not past) income so judge will not amend the order of section 125 of Crpc and you can ask receipts or bills if she filled sec 127 of Crpc otherwise not
