delhi court marriage - Where to find witnesses

I am from UP, going to marry a foreigner under Special Marriage Act in Delhi.And we have already pepared all necessary documents. I changed address in my Aadhar card as we rent a flat in Delhi. The SDM court in Delhi checked everyhing and said we need 3 witnesses. We do not know anyone in Delhi, where to find witnesses?
