Day 1 of our marriage wife family use to interfere and dictate terms on us .If didn't listen use to do emotional black mail on wife which ultimately devastated our happily family life .With the near and dear influence she filled false cases on us .Wife family thinking that women can do what ever she like as law support and did false cases on us despite we never stayed together .How to make equally liable to some one who ruined and what are the sections that are applicable for such people either men and women who are connected directly or indirectly influncing her

I can understand your grievances. To lodge a complaint or to initiate a case there must be proof of involvement of persons. If your wife's side flied false cases then you can file counter case for false prosecution after the disposal of the former.

if you're facing a continuous harassment from your wife then you can file a divorce case at appropriate court and stating all what are the mental cruelty is and what are the things happen to you by the family members and particularly by your wife and state the ground of cruelty forever diverse otherwise if you want to live with your wife then you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and after that your wife will be under the influence of the relative and you should continue the same problem so it is better to decide whether to use to file restitution of conjugal rights law for divorce form Idea device is better because you are continuously harassed by your wife and her relatives
