Daughter is eliminated from her Dad's property (HUF) by her 3 brother.

I mrs. Chhaya kalyanji gosher, my father (not alive) left property of 6 storey buliding at marine line, mumbai. After his dead, my 3 brother shared property among themselves n eliminated me from my dads property. Not in my Knowledge what is stated in will. They always refused to show me. I belong to Hindu religion, sub-caste Gujarati.

hello as per your query your mentioned that you have been eliminated from your father's property by your three brothers which you think you are father must have mentioned in the will never do share therefore it is suggested that you can tell in this will since you have been not set the property

Hello Chhaya!

Please update if your father expired before 2005! Till then there was a law wherein married daughter can not inherit property of her father. Now, all children are entitled to it. You may also approach the local sub registrar in order to get a copy of the will and understand your rights. If the will is not enforced accordingly you can contest and file a suit in High Court Bombay to claim your share. Please feel free to get in touch if you need legal help.

hi,
u r liable for 1/4 th share.u can file civil

litigation for ur share and if there is any

will u can challenge it. if it is fraud u can file under 420.
