And now what do you want?
you want to live with her or not ? Are you agree with term and conditions or not ?

My opinion if you are happy with her then fellow conditions of settlement. And if you are disagree then take divorce according to law.

Dear Client,

The undertaking provided hereinabove will be filed before the learned family court without there being any petition filed by them. The language provided in the undertaking is vague and is of no defence for you. In case you need any further assistance feel free to contact.
